STRAIGHT STAIRLIFTS
The Straight Stairlift is used when you have a straight run of stairs only. The track is made at the factory and brought into your home in one piece. Where an extra long track or a door is not by the stairs sometimes a joint is put in the middle of the track so it can come into your home in two pieces. The track will stop on the last step of the stairs at the top and will go down to the floor at the bottom. Where there is a door at the bottom of the stairs or not enough room to park the lift a HINGE (powered or manual) will be fitted. Most Straight stairlifts can be fitted within one and a half hours. The track is fixed to the steps and not the walls normally in 3 points on the stairs. The DC (direct current) wire from the one end of the track is plugged into the nearest socket to your stairs. The chair is fitted and then tested. Best prices guaranteed.
