THE PERCH SIT / STAND SEAT

The Sit and Perch Seat is the perfect option when the user has hip problems and issues with bending the knees such as severe arthritis. This option is available on the straight stairlift. The seat is smaller than the normal sit down only seat.

There are arms on the side of the seat so the user can hold on while standing and the seat is very small in length enabling the user to lean against when travelling up the stairs. The Perch can also be used when the width of the stairs is very narrow under 26” wide.
